This is our ode to Beatriz – the matriarca of the Symington family in Portugal. Inspired by her well-known generosity of spirit and joyful gatherings, we created a club that celebrates her gift – and that of others like her – for hosting friends and family with good food and wine.
Matriarca is a club with limited access that has already opened its doors to just 100 founding members in Portugal. We are now inviting 100 wine lovers in the UK to join our journey of discovery, connect with a lively community, and celebrate the best of Portugal.
As a Matriarca member, you will receive a biannual mixed case (6x75cl) of curated premium Portuguese wines & ports from Symington Family Estates’ portfolio and a few surprises from our friends. You will be invited to take part in a series of exclusive events, launches and masterclasses in the UK and Portugal. When visiting Portugal, you will have special access, discounts and benefits at our own restaurants, cellars, and winery, as well as a selection of our friends’ own establishments.
